Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We have been asked by many I.A’s and Insured’s what it is we do, and this letter will help explain whom we are and the services we provide. ARC Restoration and SolarX serves clients in both the Insurance Industry and the Restoration Industry. Some of our services include:

We don’t sell roofs. We build relationships.
The people you will be working with are insurance industry veterans- L.A.’s and supervisors whom have served for companies such as Zurich, Citizens, TWIA, State Farm, Travelers, USAA, Farmers, etc.
We also have former contractors whom actually preformed the physical work themselves as well as Structural, Architectural and Forensic Engineers who have a building design and project management background.
In regards to this claim, we are serving in the capacity as a Contractor who provides the services of our groups Attorney’s, Public Adjusters, Engineers, Consultants, Specialist at no cost upon ARC Roofing doing Restoration.
Fees of such service can easily run over 80k depending on claim. Upon not concluding claim per agreement or terms no fees are charged to policy owner.
This guarantees the policy owner no charges without results. In today’s insurance industry bad faith and breach of contract of policy is very common. We are here to represent you on your side to defend your policy rights.
