ARC NM Consulting is a New Mexico consulting, project management, and owner-representation firm serving property owners with professional oversight and administration for roofing, restoration, and construction projects.
We do not self-perform construction and do not provide labor. All construction is performed by properly licensed New Mexico contractors.

Our leadership brings 25+ years of experience in roofing, restoration, and construction project management.
In the past, our team operated under a traditional self-perform contracting model, including holding a GS-21 license. Through that experience, we learned that:
Carrying labor and equipment increases overhead and risk
Equipment must be insured, stored, maintained, and replaced
Labor requires payroll, workers comp, supervision, and rework management
Paying hourly labor often reduces production efficiency and increases cost
For these reasons, we transitioned in New Mexico to a consulting, project management, materials administration, and owner-representation model.
